Building the Right Home

When you enlist Paul Gelpi to build your new home, you can rest assured that you are hiring a professional who knows his business. Once a contract has been signed, you will receive a selection chart with all of the decisions that need to be made along with a list of suppliers and allowances for you to consult when making your selection of fixtures and appliances, etc. Paul will start working on scheduling the construction and prepping the site. Throughout the process, Paul and Andree will solicit your decisions well before needed to ensure that the home we build is the home you want.  

When meeting with you, Paul will help you make the cost-critical decisions that must be made to keep a home within your original budget. He will work closely with you during the plan stage in an effort to keep you on track with your budget. Gelpi will work with you in two different ways. First, they can take a set of home plans (or refer you to an architect), help refine the details, and then provide traditional turnkey service. This means Gelpi oversees and manages the project from start to finish for a contracted price.

The second method, is to provide a management service. Doing it this way means the project is based on cost-plus and Gelpi Homes, Inc. will manage the construction effort for a weekly fee. In either case, you get the assurance of working with an experienced and knowledgeable builder. At the end of the day, you are left with a quality home that is the right home for you.
